Do I need a service plan?

No! The Hygge Monitor comes with a cellular service plan. You will need to install the Hygge Sensor in a location with AT&T or T-Mobile coverage.

How often are sensor readings taken?

Routine sensor readings are taken every 60 seconds and sent to an online portal every 60 minutes. Should a sensor reading fall outside a set range an update will be sent immediately to our web portal along with your choice of email/ text notification.

How long does the battery last?

The Hygge Monitor comes with a rechargeable battery that will keep it active for 7+ days.

Can multiple contacts receive alerts?

Yes up to 5 contacts can view and receive alerts on the data collected.

How do I install the leak detection cable?

Connect the black cable to the Hygge monitor then place the leak detection rope flat on the ground.
